Shipping + Returns
Orders placed Monday - Friday, before 4pm eastern time, will be packaged and sent to the post office the next business day after the order is placed. All orders are subject to tracking number and signature upon delivery.
Moiselle only offer Standard Shipping.
If order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday, your order will not be process until the next business day.
Moiselle is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any orders lost in shipping due to delivery service. We will provide you with a tracking number and do what we can to assist you with locating your package but these types of concerns should be forwarded to the shipping provider.
Pick up location is in Baltimore, MD.
Pick ups are done 2 days a week, on Monday and Thursday only. Once you choose Pick up as your method of delivery, Moiselle will send you a follow up email and text to the information you provided during check out, with the location (please make sure contact information is correct). We will provide you with pick location on Sunday for Monday pick up and Wednesday for Thursday pick up.
Pick up orders has to be placed anytime before Sunday 6pm, in order for it to be available for pick on Monday, and before Wednesday 6pm for it to be available for pick up on Thursday.
If you are not able to make the pick up, please Let us know in advance, so we can make other arrangements.
Refunds, exchange, or store credit is not offered. All sales are final. Please ask us as many questions as you would like about the item via email firstname.lastname@example.org or our Instagram page @moiselleofficial. We do our best to provide you with a detailed description of the item.
